Consider us your sounding board, where we can delve into various elements of wedding planning etiquette, theme development, and address any pressing issues. These sessions are tailored to ensure you feel confident and well-prepared as you approach your special day. 

Rehearsal Facilitation: We guide the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone is familiar with their roles and responsibilities. This is also when we pick up your small décor items that you would like us to bring to the venue. 

Vendor Meetings: We meet with your chosen vendors, such as florists, decor specialists, DJ, and photographer. We have a comprehensive discussion to understand your vision, preferences, and existing plans for the wedding day.

Venue Visit: Together with you, we conduct a walkthrough of the venue, discussing the plans for ceremony and reception, and the plans for enhancing the overall guest experience.

Pre event Meetings

Vendor Coordination: We liaise with all vendors (caterers, photographers, florists, etc.) one week prior to confirm details, timelines, and expectations. 

On-Site Coordination: We coordinate and supervise the setup of ceremony and reception spaces, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. We will oversee and fine-tune factors like music, temperature, lighting levels, and more. 

Set-up & Take Down of Personal Items: We arrange items such as place cards, favours, guest book, candles, and small decorations according to your wishes. 

DJ and MC Coordination: We confirm with DJ that music is ready and assisting MC with microphone use and timely announcements.

Family & Wedding Party Photo Support: We offer support in coordinating family photos and other significant moments during your wedding.
